Kelsey has been the office manager at Canyon Dental since joining our staff in 2016. She has worked in the dental field for over 10 years and has completed extensive training for both dental and medical insurance billing.
Kelsey’s favorite thing about being at Canyon Dental is knowing that we provide the best overall experience for patients. She takes pride in working with an amazing team whose top priority is patient care. She works hard to make sure that our team has the knowledge and training necessary to provide the best experience for every patient that comes into our office.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being active. She recently completed her second Ironman 70.3 and regularly tries to convince other Canyon Dental team members (and even patients) to come race with her.
Brielle is our Front Office Manager and has worked at Canyon Dental since 2017. She helps organize and assign duties and tasks to front office team members. She provides treatment plans and helps coordinate insurance benefits. She loves getting to know our patients and helps provide a personalized approach in assisting them.
She loves music, the outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
JoEllen is our Front Office Team Lead who joined Canyon Dental in 2023. With 20 years of front office experience, JoEllen is knowledgeable in dental insurance processing and helping the patient understand their benefits and treatment costs, but what she enjoys most is her relationship with the patients and helping them achieve the best dental care possible. She wants every patient to feel like they are family.
JoEllen loves to travel with her husband, spend time with her children and grand kiddos, laugh everyday, and eat anything with caramel. She knows age is just a number as her children remind her often to act her age, not her shoe size.
